ASL Advisory represents the evolution of a practice that began with a strong foundation in governance, compliance, and organizational advisory. Today, that foundation has expanded to include leadership development, executive coaching, organizational transformation, and governance excellence—reflecting both the changing needs of our clients and the breadth of experience gained through more than 35 years of executive leadership across the Caribbean.
Founded by Annette Severin-Lestrade, a former Managing Director of the National Bank of Dominica Ltd., ASL Advisory combines practical executive experience with proven methodologies to deliver solutions that are strategic, practical, and results-oriented. Having led organizations through transformation, regulatory change, customer experience initiatives, and leadership development, Annette understands that sustainable success is achieved when leadership, governance, culture, and people work together.
That belief was first expressed through 767Compliance & Business Services, which Annette established in 2019 to address two emerging challenges facing Caribbean organizations: strengthening regulatory readiness in response to increasing de-risking pressures and fostering a culture of customer service excellence. While many viewed compliance and customer service as separate disciplines, she recognized that both were essential to building trust, protecting organizations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Today, ASL Advisory builds on that foundation by helping organizations move beyond solving individual challenges to developing stronger leaders, more effective governance, customer-centric cultures, and resilient, future-ready institutions.
